We are seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to help us build and grow our talent network across the country and LatAm countries. You will source and engage top candidates across different industries while working closely with the recruitment team.

• Source and engage qualified candidates through various platforms
• Post and manage job listings on local platforms
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates, and complete background checks
• Work closely with the recruitment team to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates
• Communicate clearly with candidates throughout their hiring process
