Recruitment Specialist

Anavah Talent is a U.S.-based startup that helps fast-growing companies in the U.S. hire exceptional overseas talent. We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines who will help us build and grow our talent network across the country and LatAm countries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or headhunting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity and proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
