Anavah Talent is seeking a Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to source, screen, and engage top candidates across different industries for fast-growing US companies. The role involves sourcing and engaging qualified candidates, managing job listings, and working closely with the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Source and engage qualified candidates through OnlineJobsPH, Workable, LinkedIn, and direct outreach in Social Media platforms
• Post and manage job listings on local platforms and keep them updated
• Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates based on client needs, and complete background checks
• Work closely with the recruitment team to align on hiring priorities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for active and future roles
• Communicate clearly with candidates throughout their hiring process
• Use tools like Workable, Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and keep recruitment reports organized and up to date
• Bring fresh ideas and strategies to strengthen our recruitment efforts in the Philippines and nearby countries
