U.S. Startup talent and staffing firm seeking a full-time Recruitment Specialist based in the Philippines to help build and grow their talent network across the country and LatAm countries. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing instincts, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience hiring or sourcing talent from South America/Latin America talent pools.
Requirements
- Source and engage qualified candidates through OnlineJobsPH, Workable, LinkedIn, and direct outreach in Social Media platforms
- Post and manage job listings on local platforms and keep them updated
- Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates based on client needs, and complete background checks
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align on hiring priorities and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for active and future roles
- Communicate clearly with candidates throughout their hiring process
- Use tools like Workable, Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com to manage candidate pipelines, track progress, and keep recruitment reports organized and up to date
- Bring fresh ideas and strategies to strengthen our recruitment efforts in the Philippines and nearby countries
