Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field of study
- Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Budget or Financial Analyst, including minimum one (1) year managing Federal government budgets, commitments, and obligations
- Minimum one (1) year developing and executing -aaS/shared services cost models (e.g., SOCaaS, GRCaaS), including reimbursable and interagency agreements
- Minimum one (1) year experience creating procurement packages including vendor quotes and related documentation
- Clearance: Minimum Active Top Secret clearance
- Expert level Excel skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
