Senior Proposal Manager

AnaVation is seeking a hands-on Senior Proposal Manager to augment their existing Business Development Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful federal proposals and can wear multiple hats, managing proposals, coordinating teams, and supporting critical business development efforts as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years’ experience writing winning differentiated Federal IT Services and Engineering proposals
• Strong business acumen, with willingness and ability to learn additional skills
• Superior organizational skills, with special attention to detail, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management
• Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously
• Ability to work well under pressure, demonstrated ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines
• Ability to work occasional nights, weekends as required by proposal schedules
• Exceptional skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Suite of Products
• Proposal Repository Management experience including Teams and SharePoint
• Ability to support on-site proposal responses as required
• Active TS Clearance
