Job Description
Job Summary: JCS Solutions is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager with extensive federal government proposal experience in fast-paced environments supporting multiple mission and business domains. The ideal candidate must possess at least ten years of direct experience in federal government proposal development.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Federal Government contracting and/or a Bachelorās degree combined with equivalent related experience
- Understanding and experience with Federal Government procurement practices, including knowledge of FAR requirements and standard Federal Government solicitation organization
- Effective time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with others
- Ability to work independently and proactively to provide compliant proposal responses and meet deadlines
- Experience in applying Shipley processes and standards
- APMP and/or PMP certification preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Adobe Acrobat
