Proposal Manager – Federal IT, Senior

Nationwide IT Services is seeking a Senior Proposal Manager to lead high-impact federal proposals from capture through submission, with a focus on compliance, content richness, and team execution in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of federal proposal management experience
• Four-year degree from an accredited university or college
• Demonstrated experience producing fully compliant federal proposals
• Strong command of Shipley proposal methodologies or equivalent
• Proven experience writing, editing, and managing proposal content development
• Experience building and maintaining content libraries and past performance repositories
• Experience with IDIQs, GWACs, BPAs, quick-turn bids, and large-scale pursuits
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing proposal staff tasking and cross-functional teams
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (expert-level MS Word)
• Exceptional organization, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
