Requirements

• Ability to properly operate welding equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and customer drawings
• Ability to weld aluminum sheet metal and steel
• Ability to work efficiently and independently while also demonstrating a willingness to work within a team environment
• Ability to meet critical shipping due dates
• Ability to work overtime as required
• Ability to read all necessary measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret specifications
