Analyze design related complaints, evaluate product (component) returns, complete root cause analysis on returns, complete engineering investigations and write a technical report. A Complaint Engineer will work with customers, team members, and various technical disciplines to identify technical problems and provide root cause analysis.
Requirements
- AS or BS Degree (preferred) or Equivalent Technical work experience
- 4+ years of engineering experience, or comparable experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient problem solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others in a team environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel, word, databases, internet)
- Experience in the medical device industry is preferred
- 2+ years working in cross functional teams consisting of discipline specific engineers, or comparable experience
- Fundamental knowledge of manufacturing process
- Experience in regulated medical device manufacturing and design
