Job Description
The CDL Program Director provides leadership for the CDL Program, responsible for curriculum development, faculty performance and development, and student advising. The position involves hiring, assigning, and evaluating Driver Trainers, as well as monitoring and supporting student population within the program.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Industry certification in the field of instruction if required by industry
- 3 years of experience in academic instruction in a post-secondary environment
- 5 years of industry experience in the field of instruction
- 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role
