Lead Instructor is responsible for teaching courses and assumes administrative responsibilities. Reports to the Director of Education. Provides subject matter expertise and participates in curriculum development. Responsible for hiring, assigning, orienting, developing, evaluating, and recognizing instructors within the program. Monitors and supports the student population within the program of study. Analyzes student population data and identifies students who may be at risk. Provides continuous improvement of the program and works collaboratively with Career Services staff to develop relationships with employers who are willing to provide opportunities for students to participate in externships, internships, and/or obtain clinical and practicum experiences at their worksite.
