Job Description
A Lead Instructor is responsible for teaching courses, assumes administrative responsibilities, and provides subject matter expertise. They participate in curriculum development, revision, and implementation, and are responsible for monitoring and supporting the student population within their program of study. They also oversee faculty performance and development, and lead and develop others. The role requires a Master's Degree, 2 years of academic instruction experience, and industry experience in the field of instruction.
