Requirements
- Managing a portfolio of clients and building trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- Planning and shaping account strategies to grow clients and revenue
- Maintaining commercially successful accounts with minimal support
- Acting as a trusted point of escalation for the client and delivery team
- Sourcing a team for the client and attending scheduling meetings
