We are looking for an experienced Engagement Director to lead large-scale, complex client engagements from end to end, ensuring successful delivery, maintaining strong client relationships, and building high-performing teams.
Requirements
- Lead end-to-end delivery of client engagements
- Ensure delivery milestones, quality, and expected outcomes are met
- Identify and manage critical risks and issues
- Track and report engagement KPIs regularly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Manage client expectations and resolve client-side issues
- Act as the main escalation point for delivery concerns
- Own all engagement financials: revenue, margin, invoicing, collections
- Prevent revenue leakage and manage scope changes
- Identify and support account growth opportunities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate delivery teams
- Ensure the right resourcing and skills mix for delivery
- Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
- Provide feedback on solutions to improve our overall propositions
- Share methods, assets, and accelerators to enhance our reusable IP
