Bookkeeper

Job Purpose: Provide high-quality bookkeeping services to multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. Key Responsibilities: Maintain bookkeeping records, review client transactions, generate financial reports, address past bookkeeping issues, and partner with global team to ensure efficient client service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Moderate knowledge of Excel
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience managing at least 15 client accounts at one time
• General accounting knowledge (understanding of debits and credits)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience communicating with clients regarding their company financials
