Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Bookkeeper to provide high-quality bookkeeping services to multiple clients each month, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting standards and be able to communicate effectively with clients to meet their financial needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience with QuickBooks (Desktop and Online preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• Moderate knowledge of Excel
• Excellent time management skills
• Experience managing at least 15 client accounts at one time
• General accounting knowledge (understanding of debits and credits)
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience communicating with clients regarding their company financials
