Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, advisory, consulting, financial services, insurance, banking, legal services, or other professional services environments
- Ability to work a schedule that includes some Saturdays
- Proficiency with G Suite (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets) and Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Excellent interpersonal, client counseling, and relationship-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Independent, analytical thinker with the ability to learn quickly and manage complexity
- Demonstrated ability to guide clients through decision-making using discovery, persuasion, and closing techniques
