Business Advisor (Partner Sales)

Rapid Finance is seeking a Business Advisor (Partner Sales) to cultivate relationships with partners, gain access to funding opportunities, and provide capital to small and mid-sized business owners. This is a B2B sales role that requires consultative selling skills, a passion for empowering small businesses, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, communications, psychology or a similar field (or have some college coursework completed or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 1-2 years' experience in consultative selling (inside or outside sales) in a goals-oriented, productivity/metric-driven sales environment (preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
• Critical thinking, negotiating, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible work style, able to work well independently and as part of a team
