Sales Representative (Direct to Client)

Rapid Finance is hiring a Sales Representative to build relationships with small to mid-sized businesses and offer financing solutions. The role involves consultative selling, building trust with clients, and facilitating the sales process from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business, economics, communications, psychology, or a similar field
• Minimum 1-2 years of B2B experience in consultative selling
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients
• Strong communication skills and interest in having conversations with decision-makers
• Proficiency in computer applications including MS Office and virtual connectivity software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
