Job Description
The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all operations within the branch in a profitable, safe, professional manner, driving sales and rental revenue, and achieving financial results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree with finance, marketing, business concentration
- 7 + years of work experience in Heavy Equipment, Auto, or related industry
- 7+ years of work experience with P&L responsibility and achievement of profitable results
- Proven success in managing sales teams
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills with focus on dependable follow-up and responsiveness
- Strong problem-solving skills and financial creativity
