Job Description
The Executive Assistant to the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer will provide professional and confidential administrative and organizational support to the CEO and Senior Executive Assistant, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and communication with VIP's and other executives.
Requirements
- Assist the CEO’s Office in any and all responsibilities
- Provide confidential executive support to the Senior Executive Assistant
- Manage the CEO's office expenses and invoices
- Oversee the Business School
- Arrange travel arrangements details for the CEO and spouse
- Domestic and international travel 30% of the time
