Associate Director, Capital Markets

Anduril Industries is hiring an Associate Director, Capital Markets to design and execute debt and structured financing solutions for the company's initiatives. The role is outward-facing and execution-focused, with a primary emphasis on debt capital markets.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, private credit, or structured finance
• Significant experience executing debt transactions end-to-end, including structuring, diligence, and closing
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, capital structures, and lender dynamics
• Experience working directly with banks, direct lenders, and private credit funds
• Ability to independently drive complex, external-facing processes under tight timelines
• Advanced financial modeling skills with a focus on credit and downside analysis
