Associate Director, Capital Markets

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Manager, Capital Markets to design and execute debt and structured financing solutions. The role will lead end-to-end execution of debt transactions, drive financings from initial structuring through diligence, negotiation, and closing, and partner with Finance and Treasury to align financing strategies with liquidity planning, capital allocation priorities, and broader financial strategy.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in leveraged finance, debt capital markets, private credit, or structured finance
• Significant experience executing debt transactions end-to-end, including structuring, diligence, and closing
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, capital structures, and lender dynamics
• Experience working directly with banks, direct lenders, and private credit funds
• Ability to independently drive complex, external-facing processes under tight timelines
• Advanced financial modeling skills with a focus on credit and downside analysis
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
