Director, Business Development, Advanced Effects (Army)

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company looking for a Director, Business Development, Advanced Effects to shape and capture new opportunities for the company's Advanced Effects business line. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US Army customer community, requirements process, and operational needs, as well as experience in creating or supporting new missiles/weapons programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience in creating or supporting new missiles/weapons programs, including requirements definition and acquisition strategies.
• Prior experience working with US Army program offices / customers.
• Deep understanding of US Army customer community, requirements process, and operational needs.
• Prior acquisition or operational experience with missile systems across surface fires, air launched effects, and the air defense domains.
• Excellent writing, communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and customers.
• Ability to travel 50% – 75% required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
