Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking an EPM Analyst to support the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of their Enterprise Performance Management system. The successful candidate will apply foundational expertise to execute EPM configurations, maintain data integrity, and contribute to the development of efficient and scalable financial processes.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in EPM system administration, development, or analysis, within a fast-paced environment.
- Foundational expertise with Planning within the Oracle Cloud EPM suite (PBCS)
- Ability to operate with limited oversight on assigned tasks and seek guidance on more complex issues or strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- A solid understanding of core financial concepts (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, general ledger).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with finance and technical stakeholders.
