Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst (Hybrid)

Hunter Industries is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst to advance its digital transformation efforts and lead the design, deployment, and sustainment of the Oracle Fusion EPM platform. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted liaison and subject matter expert, partnering with business leaders to shape the long-term roadmap for EPM solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Technology or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of finance/accounting/IT experience, including 3 years of EPM experience (Oracle preferred)
• Proficient in use of computers including Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power BI.
• Knowledge of ERP system such as Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of enterprise planning software, specifically Oracle Cloud EPM
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the ability to interact with members across the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision, to self-initiate activities, and to work within timelines.
• Requires ability to set goals and objectives and to set and meet timelines to achieve goals and objectives.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing organizational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
• Experience in AI and ML preferred
