Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Lead Customer Trainer to develop, lead, and scale customer-facing instructional cadre. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive training team strategy to ensure customer operational excellence and maximize the value of Anduril’s advanced hardware and software offerings.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the US military or Intelligence Community (IC)
- Experience in a high-tech customer-facing technical training role within the defense, aerospace, or high-tech industry
- Proven experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing technical training teams
- Ability to rapidly grasp complex hardware and software systems
- Strong ownership mentality
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% to customer locations
- Currently possesses and is able to maintain at least an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
