Job Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a visionary Lead Technical Trainer to synthesize product capabilities with user training needs across Anduril's advanced hardware and software offerings. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and scaling technical programs and navigating complex defense and intelligence environments.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in with the US military or Intelligence Community (IC) enabling an understanding of their unique operational training requirements
- Experience as a technical trainer, preferable with the US military or IC
- Engineering expertise, particularly with technologies applicable to the defense industry, with a significant portion (5+ years) in a leadership or management capacity
