Manager, Financial Reporting

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Financial Reporting to join our finance & accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and reviewing complex financial reports, consolidating financial statements across multiple ERP systems, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, managing quarterly investor reporting, overseeing debt covenant compliance reporting, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior experience in financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-entity, multi-currency financial consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Prior experience with Workiva preferred.
• Prior exposure to M&A accounting preferred.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high growth organization.
• Prior experience in companies that are tech or advanced manufacturing preferred.
• CPA (active or inactive) and/or MBA.
• Able to get hands dirty to drive organizational change will also maintaining an ability to manage up against strategic priorities/reporting.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
