Manager, Manufacturing Asset Reliability

The Asset Reliability Manufacturing Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and developing the maintenance team to ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position, preferably in a fast-paced production environment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs.
• Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime.
• Proficiency with CMMS software.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques.
