Manager, Production Maintenance

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team and ensure the reliable operation of all production equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will develop and implement robust preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage spare parts inventory, and work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance leadership or supervisory position
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience implementing and managing PM/PdM programs
• Strong track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime
• Proficiency with CMMS software
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs
• Knowledge of instrumentation and calibration techniques
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
