Manager, Proposal and Capture

Anduril Industries is seeking a Proposal & Capture Manager to join their team in Costa Mesa, California. The successful candidate will lead proposal efforts to win new business, craft compelling materials, and collaborate with stakeholders to close deals.

Requirements

• Excellent writing skills with the ability to generate large documents on short timelines
• Significant experience with the government acquisitions process
• Experience and aptitude in building processes where none exist
• Ability to clearly articulate information, understand business needs, and build relationships across the organization
• U.S. Person status
• Current security clearance
• TS clearance with SCI eligibility preferred
