Manager, Proposal and Capture

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Space Proposal & Capture Manager to join its rapidly growing Proposal team. The successful candidate will provide project management and content generation skills, expertly navigating a hyper-growth company and managing competing priorities. They will craft compelling materials to inform customers' market research and acquisition strategies, write technical narratives on cutting-edge capabilities, build and implement pricing strategies, and collaborate with and manage internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business, government, government contracting, or defense contracting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to recognize technical or functional gaps and provide solutioning
• Active TS-SCI Clearance and significant experience operating in classified environments
• U.S. Person status
