Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in software engineering
• Leadership experience in a high-performing technology organization
• Ability to lead a team (6-18 months roadmap)
• Capacity to act as a team owner for software enabled capabilities
• Capacity to learn and grow individually and mentor others
• Australian Government Security Clearance
