Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead teams responsible for delivering software integrated into their products, including autonomous systems. The role focuses on independent end-to-end ownership of software for product lifecycles, contributing to organizational vision, and managing a team of software engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience as a Software Engineer with expertise in domains & technologies (C++, Rust, Go, etc.)
- Capacity to lead a software enabled capabilities in a multi-stack and lifecycle (design, implementation, operation, and sustainment)
- Ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance
