NPI Program Manager

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking an NPI Program Manager with an Electronic, Mechatronic or Process Engineering background to join their team in Quonset Point, RI. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful launch of new products across global manufacturing sites, owning technical knowledge transfer, and acting as a bridge between design and production teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in a manufacturing environment
• Exceptional project management skills
• Deep technical credibility and hands-on experience with modern manufacturing processes and quality systems
