Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision making skills
- Familiarity with quality systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or IATF 16949
