Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager NPI to oversee NPI projects from concept to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring clear communication with internal and external customers and resources. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to be hands-on when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordinating new product introduction projects
- 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience developing and executing project plans
- Working knowledge of ISO and FDA regulations and GD&T
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of financials used for costing purposes
