Job Description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead the design, build, and rollout of new People technology solutions and maintain integrations between People systems. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles and proficiency in HRIS configuration, system builds, and end-to-end implementations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles
- Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, system builds, and end-to-end implementations
- Familiarity with timekeeping systems and building compliance policies to support hourly workforces
- Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
