Senior HRIS Analyst

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to ensure its People systems are accurate, efficient, and easy to use. The role involves designing, building, and rolling out new technology solutions, building integrations, and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in People Operations or HR technology roles
• Hands-on experience with HRIS configuration, system builds, and end-to-end implementations
• Familiarity with timekeeping systems and building compliance policies to support hourly workforces
• Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with structured data
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal direction
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for service and commitment to empathy, kindness, and patience when supporting system users
• Adaptability in a fast-paced work environment and ability to analyze complex scenarios
