Anduril Industries is a defense technology company looking for a Senior Manager, Software Engineering to lead a software engineering team responsible for building and operating production software at the intersection of AI and software engineering.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, reliability engineering, or closely related disciplines
- 2 years of direct people management of software engineers
- Strong technical fluency in modern software architectures, APIs, distributed systems, CI/CD, observability, and cloud or platform infrastructure
- Practical experience with AI-enabled software systems and AI-accelerated engineering workflows
