Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and scale its SG&A recruiting efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic architect, talent magnet, and execution powerhouse, with expertise in recruiting for a wide range of SG&A functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Operations, Marketing, and Executive-level roles. As a critical leader within Anduril's SG&A Talent Acquisition team, you will be instrumental in shaping the company's talent strategy and operational execution as we continue our rapid, mission-driven growth.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition
- At least 4+ years in a leadership or senior individual contributor role managing complex hiring initiatives or teams
- Deep expertise in recruiting for a wide range of SG&A functions
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders (Director, VP, C-level) on hiring strategies, talent calibration, and pipeline progress
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced proficiency in sourcing strategies beyond traditional methods
- Highly autonomous, intellectually curious, and collaborative team player
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
