Anduril Industries is a defense technology company seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter, Hardware to join their Tactical Recon & Strike recruiting team. The role will involve operating independently as a subject matter expert, recruiting top-tier talent, and shaping the company's long-term talent strategy.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring
• BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment
• True Ownership: Accountability for outcomes, with a commitment to improving all aspects of the business
• Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices
• Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve creative and effective TA goals
