Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in divisional hiring
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated leadership in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a focus on strategic stakeholder alignment
- True Ownership: Accountability for outcomes, with a commitment to improving all aspects of the business
- Proven ability to convey complex information in simple terms and drive a data-driven narrative
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of influencing organizational best practices
- Deep knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to achieve creative and effective TA goals
