Supervisor, Accounts Payable

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading AP operations, leveraging technology, and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, with at least 3+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion (specifically the Accounts Payable module) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) technologies within an AP environment is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable best practices.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
