Supervisor, Accounts Payable

The Accounts Payable Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and financial records.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial controls
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies
• Effective communication skills with internal teams and external vendors
• Ability to lead and support a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
