Requirements

• 6+ years of experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles
• Experience hiring candidates within facets of robotics
• 4+ years of client interaction experience
• Experience acting in a consultative manner
• Strong understanding of technical skills and experience required for Engineering positions
• Clear and effective communication with candidates
• Experience managing various funnels of candidates
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
