Anew Hospice is seeking a full-time Social Worker to support the Anderson / New Castle, IN area. The Social Worker will implement standards of care for medical social work services and provide compassionate care to patients and their families at the end of life.

Requirements

• Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from a Council on Social Work Education accredited program
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare, hospice experience preferred
• Good verbal and written communication and organization skills
