Job Description
Social Worker Opportunity at Anew Hospice: provide compassionate care, clinical excellence, and outstanding customer service to patients and their families at the end of life. Implement standards of care for medical social work services and adhere to the Social Work Practice Act.
Requirements
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Minimum of one (1) years' experience in health care, hospice experience preferred
- Understands hospice philosophy, and issues of death/dying
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills
- Possesses and maintains current CPR Certification
