IT Support (m/w/d)

IT Support (m/w/d) role with a well-established IT service provider, requiring 3 years of experience in the IT field and German/English language skills.

Requirements

• Central contact person in user support for quick and reliable help at 1st- and 2nd-level
• Planning and implementation of IT installations together with the local team and the main location in Vienna
• Execution of maintenance and service tasks on site, by phone, or remotely
• Analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation of hardware, software, and network failures
• Administration and maintenance of client environments, including complete workstation installations
• Support and development of existing customers in ongoing operation
